To continue to get the most out of your Sage system it is important to have access to support for those every day queries that arise.
MBS can arrange 3 types of support:
1 -Telephone Support
£175 per year
MBS will provide telephone support to answer any Sage or accounts queries. (Call outs, if required, are charged at an hourly rate)
2 -Telephone and Onsite Support
£350 per year
MBS will provide telephone support to answer your queries and if a call out is required will guarantee to be onsite within 8 business hours. (Call out charged at hourly rate)
3 - SageCover / Sage Cover Extra
MBS can arrange Sage Cover directly withSage on your behalf. This will give you direct access to Sage's support helpline to answer your Sage queries and will give you exclusive discounts on future Sage upgrades.
